Coach Fish has amassed an incredible resume in his 15 Years of Coaching Boys Soccer at West Windsor Plainsboro High School South and now the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame.
On today's episode, Bryan discusses a topic that he has been passionate about since his Head Coaching career began after the loss of his High School Varsity Coach and Beloved Mentor, Coach Welsh, Mental Health. Bryan discusses the importance of Mental Health to what we do as coaches and shares advice on how to look after yourself and your athletes during a long soccer season. Bryan also discusses why High School Soccer matters so much to our kids and why playing for your school and community means so much more than just the school name on the front of the shirt.
