• Episode 196- We do not use the power of our Awareness
    Jan 6 2026

    Send us a text

Awareness is neither a path nor a practice. It is not a‘search, because it is deeply embedded in every call and tissue of our physical, psychic and spiritual body. Simply by taking a deliberate pause, to breathe, to cull attentiveness, allowing yourself to settle into yourself, you will naturally retreat into stillness. You awaken to Awareness by simply being. As PrabhuJi says, “The sense of “I” appears to be a subject in a specific location. Yet when you begin to fully embody the ‘I’ it draws closer into itself. Awareness becomes present, unfolding itself as consciousness…#

You are neither the subject or object of awareness. You are awareness. You exist in the pure eternal reality of awareness. Awareness is the most intimate asset of your human design, it is within, it is without, it is pervasive and yet it exists in shunya, the cosmic void. It is beyond the stars, playing in the interstellar space. It is beyond the ocean deep in its history of trillions of years. Its poetry is so vast, it can’t be objectified. You can no more grasp or grapple at it than you can grab at space. It your most immortal asset. It lives within you and survives your demise. During my bout with cancer, while my body was straddled between the physical subtle light planes, I recall how serene my body felt, the brilliant light of my awareness zooming me through the subtle light corridors with such a blissful sense of quiet peace. My consciousness had switched to a subtler timeline. It did not require my ravished body to soar. It had touched upon a timeline of my maternal ancestors and versions of me whose faces I clearly gleaned,
This parallel reality is expounded in the Vedas which describes the existence of a multiverse with an infinite number of simultaneous universes (called Brahmandas), each operating with its own distinct timeline and physical laws. Time itself is considered cyclic and relative, not linear or absolute. The rishis understood that human psyche is infinitely persistent across manifold realities, its awareness witnessing infinite variations of your own existence. Awareness is absolute. Death is not. The nature of Ananda, consciousness, is that it continually adapts, exploring infinite paths across parallel worlds.

  • Episode195- Healing the Feminine Abyss
    Jan 5 2026

What I’ve learned is that trauma doesn’t just break us—it initiates us.

All experiences bear lessons, with a mix of varying complexities. My most harrowing experience was one of breaking open ancestral shell allowing my heart to breathe into intimacy. Wisdom often topples us to gain deeper truths. My flaw was steeped in naviety. I romanticized the idea of an ideal love, clothed in an ideal specimen of a man. When that illusion broke, I found myself in a decade long pitch black abyss of hopelessness from which I have had to crawl and claw my way back to the light. The dangerous premise of twin flame ideology was the dugout I fell into, it is a passionately alluring trap that almost always lands the foolish into the abyss. The force that took me under was none other than my own feminine ancestral wounds. The dangerous premise of twin flame and one and only soul mate designed just for me held me hostage in a deeply twisted tale. I opened the most sacred gateway of heart and found myself scouring the depths of the dark as prey to a cunning predator whose physical presence was entirely absent from my life. It took me a while to realize my lost time in the torturous clime that I had single handedly crawled out had changed me. In truth, he had ignited a definite glimmer of recognition, someone I knew in the distant past, beyond the realm of my feline forebears, there was a yearning inside my being that needed closure. Discounting the twin flame odyssey in no way erases the precious advent of synchronicity, the innocence of paths crossing, heartstrings flipping by divine ordinance. When I finally opened my eyes to blinding light and refreshing zephyr, I found that my innards were recalibrated, ancestral wounds unsealed and healed, humiliation of the heart had split it wide open to be reeved and whittled into grace- forgiving the endless legacy of my feminine ancestral wounds. In truth, I now hold no fear of intimacy, nor do I have a projected need of it. When we’re willing to face the most egregious parts of our history it becomes the doorway into the gifts we carry, and those gifts become the balm of healing energy we offer others.

  • Episode 194- Power of Maya - What’s in a Name?
    Jan 3 2026

    Send us a text

    What’s in a name?

My father who was a stoic Vedic scholar choose the name “Vijaya Maya” which means victory over and beyond Maya.

In Sanskrit “Maya” has a vast cosmic meaning (often misunderstood) as illusion). At the time of my initiation as a Vedic Monk we are necessarily given another name stripped as it were of our past ancestral vasanas. My Guru renamed me “MayaAtitaAnanda”, a spiritual name translated as “Beyond Maya, in service to the full Conscious”.

Both fathers had arrived at the same conclusion. As although I had since renounced my path as a Vedic monk, what remains is a path aligned in consciousness, true to my destiny. Before we unfold this mysterious principle of creation, it is important to note that your name in any language is ultimately a variation of Maya’s cosmic principle. your name holds both ancestral and cosmic power. Whether you like it or not the name given at birth is meant to be your personal mantra throughout life. whether chosen sentimentally, or by astrological science or by chance your name holds and protects the meaning.of your karmic journey. Your name that is repeated hundreds of thousands of times in your lifetime- each call resounding memory, a call to remember. Let’s reveal the core essence of Maya.

She is the cosmic force that contains both the power to conceal your true nature( tirodhana), and the power that reveals it, (anugraha.)

In her aspect of tirodhana, she performs as the cosmic wielder, manifestor of the material world - the space in which we perceive the One as many , the false reality of separation. In her aspect of anugraha, the blessing we experience is her Power that lifts the veil to reveal your pure identity - Oneness, the multitudes folding into One. Each experience in life teaches us to own consciousness- we lift the veil bit by bit to catch glimpses of long forgotten reality. We move through innumerable experiences over billions of lifetimes - each rebirth healing into a greater degree of awareness. This is the journey from commodities to consciousness. Most of humanity exists in the state of tirodhana where we feel tethered, shackled to the material force the common collective perspective of wants, needs, greed, and competition that stimulate and bind us to commodity-awareness which only reinforces separation from source. In every life, there comes a turning point. That ineffable moment when fear and veil are removed, when we meld into the realisation of love, oneness with all things. Paradoxically, the same power that creates the illusion of separation is the very power that lifts the veil, the power of anugraha, grace. Once the grace is felt we can never return to the. veil. Our spiritual journey begins. Every breath reminds us to turn toward this light, the power to relentlessly seek - not material things - but the grace of revelation, the lifting of the veil of our own forgotten

  • Episode 192- I Am Shakti- women’s Power to Heal
    Dec 22 2025

    Send us a text

I Am Shakti occupies a vital space at the intersection of women’s spirituality, Ayurveda, social healing, and conscious leadership. women and communities as a whole are seeking guidance that honors ancient wisdom while speaking directly to modern realities of trauma, injustice, and renewal. I Am Shakti naturally speak to readers who yearn for ancient wisdom, and Ayurveda’s natural healing life way.

It vast context can used be to up-level spiritual practices and feminist movements, to reclaim feminine power, heal, and promote equality - to be awakened and acknowledge the divine feminine energy in oneself, which is seen as the source of life and creation. this work is tailor made for

    • Women exploring spiritual healing and remembered embodiment
    • Feminine leadership and empowerment communities
    • Fostering balance of both masculine and feminine primordial energies. And together Building small interdependent, self-sustainable communities to support snd share a Shaktified way of living, the necessary way to reclaim the power that has been stolen from us.
    • The Shakti impetus to honor and protect Mother Earth, to treat our young with tenderness, the aged with compassion, the weak with forbearance and the unknown with courage - that invisibly guide us even through crushed dreams and unspeakable acts of horror. Courage that is the staff bearer the Shakti force within you.

I Am Shakti feeds a deep and sustained appetite for guidance that move beyond self-help and more toward collective healing and ethical responsibility. This universal principle connects individual power to a broader movement for social change, to advocate for gender equality, safety, and independence for women, and to build a more just society

I stand as a breathing example of the harmonious reality I facilitate in I Am Shakti. Through my life’s intense experience of continually reeving sanity through reality I have learnt that when women reclaim their power, they work towards creating a world with greater justice, cooperation, and nourishment for all.

I have been tested, forged and crafted by the most high through intensive fires of living. I have earned the scars that transmuted into medals not only for surviving the impossible, but for going beyond to fuel my Shakti force from the broken shards of my life. I stand today with the power that create inner balance of my feminine and masculine force, making completion within myself, whole, and sacred on hallowed ground. There is no need to interview for roles that are not relevant to purpose and path.

I wish the same growth for every woman and man- growth of awareness that fosters courage -courage stoked from the immutable flames of faith that is forever guided by divine purpose.

  • Episode 189: Facing Trauma - My Personal story
    Dec 14 2025

    Send us a text

A few years after the targeting of my person and property and work began in 2009, I wrestled with the shock of knowing that I had joined the endless list of citizens that are being brutally targeted by a militia of assailants who are highly trained ex military, ex intelligence and otherwise experts in the field of strategically targeting individuals. We are targeted for a plethora of reasons. My lifelong educational work has been under the radar, where I have made profound strides in helping people to deal from devastation, despair and disease while raising awareness in accord with the ancient Vedic science of life. But somewhere in time, I was spotted by certain powerful groups who considered my work challenging to their agenda of controlling the narrative of health, healing and the supremacy over earth’s intelligence. Or perhaps, they just hated that this brown skinned intelligent woman appeared to be arrogantly sojourning her own way with a free mind and open spirit. In Vedic tradition, karma is explicitly defined as unfolding by cosmic laws, I had to wrap my mind around the idea that before taking this birth my soul had signed up for a specific purpose and path of truth that would be riddled with obstacles. Indeed, the mind would not have registered for this deeply wounding journey peppered with violations across layers of the body, mind, spirit and space.

It took me 14 years to share this deeply wounded story - the mired depths of it where horrors are transformed into lessons that serve the greater good of humanity. I needed to scour beneath the dirge of it, put it in perspective, and allow myself to grow into the woman I am becoming instead of being withered by the experience. Just spouting off about the relentless daily/ nightly activities of being targeted for the past 14 years would have offered no wisdom to help others. unresolved traumas when unconsciously shared simply leach feeling of joy, resolve, and ease. When every sentient part of your inner and outer space is plundered in the way that mine has been, there is a deep sense of shame aroused by the violence - shame and grief connected to the vasanas of ancestors. In Advaita Vedanta, we understand that perception is creation, that the act of seeing creates what we see. That the world rises at the same time that it perceived. Therefore the overarching truth of all that happens to us first starts within. Vasanas are seed tendencies that have been inculcated by ancestors. If the survivalism seeds of fear, angst have been honed in generation DNA, what we inherit will continue to play out in our lives. Unless, we become aware of that what we project, manifests- the principle of Drishti Srishti Vada. Therefore the first truth to fathom in this episode is that all I share with you here has a source connection to my ancestral vasana. This statement does not condone the violent action of others, it simply provides a handle to the casual source within, that source to which we must continually return to air grievance, and heal. When attacks against us are relentless, it tends to leave no room for us to pause, for to forgive requires inner space. The only open door under these circumstances is to dive within….take stock of the vasanas you are harboring. It helps to create a more harmonious reality, from which you can grow and strengthen through the impossible. Caroline Rena, the podcast host of Awakening S

    Dec 7 2025

    Observing Mind - a practice

    Awareness- Your pure nature

The mind is mobile, and flowing like a river or stream the river flows. We do not attempt to stop the flow of the water, nor can we stop the trajectory of the Mind. Thoughts are like leaves shedding, or clouds drifting, or winds whistling. They come and go. Leaves change and renew, clouds pass, wind goes in different directions. Mind, by its own nature, fluctuates from theme to theme, it has no challenges or concerns. Our relationship with it creates the problem. We fight with the clouds, chase the winds, try to collect the leaves. By simply observing leaves, clouds, wind - not identifying with them- but observing them instead, we become the witness of the mind rather than interacting with it. We cannot stop the mind. But we can stop identifying with it.

When we think we are the mind, that we must interact and manipulate it, we must control our thoughts then we fail to recognize that we are the entire sky of awareness- the vast unchanging backdrop of creation. Awareness has no modification or change. It simply observes and informs. The misunderstanding of how the mind works is humanity greatest obstacle to living a life of non-separation.

The Mandukya Upanishad explains mind functions through the four states of consciousness (waking, dreaming, deep sleep, and Turiya, the transcendent state.) This Upanishad explores the mind's role in projecting a perceived reality (duality, multiplicity) and finally its ultimate transcendence as in the state of deep stillness. The stillness anchored in awareness that leads to freedom, ultimately demonstrating that the perceivable mind and conceivable world rise together and dissolve together: the illusory state we call mithya.

The mind, distracted by desires, sees diversity; when desire is stilled non-separation, non-duality is realized. The mind’s perception and what is being perceived in the world are interdependent. Like the whirling of fire creates various shapes, the Self appears in multiplicity due to the mind's projections. When the mind stops projecting, seer and what is seen dissolve into the non-dual Self - the Self that is one with all things. The self we call Brahman, that can be elaborated as the essence of pure self-awareness, tranquil, auspicious, non-dual……
