Men, women, and humans - I deeply resonate with the essence of our shared humanity, which is why during Women's Day, I often find myself slightly uneasy with the recurring themes dominating conversations. The multitude of consolation events and discussions can be discomforting. Instead of focusing solely on gender, why not celebrate qualities like excellence, wisdom, courage, grit, and resilience, which are inherent to being human? While acknowledging excellence is important, why confine it to a specific month or week? Why divert attention to the role of the opposite gender in hindering women's progress? Challenges exist for everyone, but with determination, there are no limits. In my podcast, I aim to highlight the natural balance that exists and emphasize that our progress or setback is ultimately our own choice. We hold the power to shine brightly or remain in the shadows, unaffected by external forces.
