In a world filled with stress and anxiety, genuine peace seems impossible to find. The problem isn't that peace doesn't exist, but that we've sentimentalized Christmas and left Jesus as a baby in the manger instead of recognizing Him as the reigning King. Isaiah 9:6-7 reveals four titles that show us who Christ really is: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace. True peace comes not from trying to create it ourselves, but from submitting wholeheartedly to Christ's rule and reign. When we surrender completely to the King of Kings, His peace conquers spiritual oppression, sin, and death in our lives.
