This week we are joined by Katie Hepler, one of the cosmetology instructors of Willis High School . Katie talks about some of the biggest struggles she and fellow teachers face while teaching cosmetology to young high school students. The pair discuss the differences of traditional cosmetology schools veruses doing it throughout high school. They chat about working hard to instill a work ethic and to really show those young men and women how great of an opportunity they have to be able to graduate from high school with a license and career. Guest Bio: 

Katie Hepler, although that is her official name, she is also called mom, Mrs.Hepler, and Katie by good friends. Katie is one of the Cosmetology instructors over Willis  High School and is also an Alumni of Willis. She, along with her husband and father have been employees at Willis ISD for a while now. She Has 4 children whom are all Wildkats as well. Katie has worked behind the chair as a stylist as well. She Touches many students in her day in and day out job of being a High School Teacher. Her passion is like no other, and she truly wants the best for her students.
