 Silkes Eltern hatten mit Pferden gar nichts am Hut, doch als Silke das erste Mal mit 9 Jahren einen Ponyhof besuchte, war sie Feuer und Flamme. Von da an hat sie ihre Kindheit die meiste Zeit im Stall verbracht. Und auch später, als alle Mitschüler ihren ersten Freund hatten, galt ihre Liebe stets den Pferden. Ihr erster Berufswunsch ging jedoch in eine ganz andere Richtung. Silkes Plan war, Kinder und Jugendpsychotherapeutin zu werden!
