About this listen
If you’re working out consistently but your body still isn’t changing, the problem might not be your effort.
It might be your strategy.
In this episode, I break down one of the most common mistakes I see women make when trying to lose fat and tone up.
Many women spend years doing high-intensity classes, cardio circuits, spin workouts, or bootcamp-style training. These workouts can feel productive because you sweat, your heart rate is high, and your watch says you burned a lot of calories.
But feeling exhausted after a workout is not the same thing as creating the stimulus your body needs to change your body composition.
Free Workout Program
If you’re ready to move away from cardio-heavy workouts and start strength training in a way that actually supports fat loss, I created a free program called LIFT.
These workouts take about 30–45 minutes and are designed specifically for people transitioning away from bootcamp-style training into effective strength training.
