There is a mental health stigma in the black community, and it's time to talk about it. Mental health is an important part of overall physical health, and it's important to discuss it openly. Mental health issues affect everyone, regardless of race or ethnicity. However, there are certain cultural barriers that prevent many Black Americans from seeking the help they need.
