Hey, all this is Pastor Luis.

I’m preparing this podcast because one of the traditions we’ve held during Passion Week at our church is recognizing what we call Good Thursday. With so many new people making our church their home, I’m sure they wonder about this, especially since for most churches, the day that commemorates the death of Jesus Christ is Good Friday. And I just want to say right from the beginning—I have no issue with that. Many Faithful, Bible-believing Christians have held that view for centuries.

But what I’d like to do in this episode… is simply walk you through another way of
understanding the timeline—one that I believe takes seriously the words of Jesus and the patterns we see in Scripture.
