About this listen
Matt and Nick take to the microphone again this week and recount match day experiences after seeing Chelsea V Liverpool Legends at Stamford Bridge.
After basking in a nostalgia fest which saw them see the likes of Petr Cech, John Terry, Joe Cole, Eden Hazard and Diego Costa take on Liverpool's Pepe Reina, Ryan Babel, Jay Spearing and Martin Skrtel; the lads ask the question: "why do we love a Chelsea legends match?"
Cue a yearning, not just for their youth, but also the glory days when their beloved Blues of the 2010s won Premier Leagues, FA Cups a Champions League and, not to mention, a league cup thrown in for good measure.
After wiping away their rose tinted tears, the brothers compare this golden era with the early days of the current squad and just hope that they emulate their now retired heroes.
You'll be pleased to hear listeners that the match day clips are back and features tributes to Diego Jota, Joey Jones and Matt Beard.
