About this listen

Jocko, Mylett, Goggins, Grover, or any other "mentally tough" guru you want to mention holds no candle to the most mentally tough man to ever live, King Jesus. They are mere shells to the one who invented mental toughness, the growth mindset, and the one who gave/gives His life for us. But, there's a reason He was able to do what he did. It wasn't mantra's, a solid morning routine as those are bi-products of a strong mind, even necessary... it was something else. And "that'' something else we can do everyday if we want to follow His example. We want to be mentally tough, we want to be strong as men, but we have to have the mindset of the Master, we must do what He did in order to live as he did. We can do this, but it only comes one way. We will discuss this in this episode.

Every Man A Leader is a podcast led by local members of local churches not settling for what's been inside of the typical "mens" department. We must do better as leaders. We must call our men to rise. Not because it's the cliche thing to do but it's what God expects. We exist to be a part of the change necessary for men to walk in their God-Given manhood by addressing the Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, Relational, Financial, and Professional areas of our lives.
