 This episode is a tribute to all women out there who need mothering. In honor of Mother's day, I want to remind all the moms out there that they need mothering too and who better to do that but themselves. 

I discuss the eight fundamental needs all humans have and why we, as mothers, need to ensure we are getting those needs met so that we can then meet those same needs for our families.
