Between the years of 1990 and 1995 several women were found dead near the highways of several states including Oregon, Washington, Florida, and Nebraska. After the cases became cold, a letter arrived at the offices of the Oregonian Newspaper claiming to take responsibility for the murders including that of the supposedly solved case of a 23 year old woman named Taunja Bennett. The letter had a simple signature, that of a happy face.

Were the people sitting in prison for the murder of Taunja Bennett actually innocent? And who was the Happy Face Killer?

Find out who the Happy Face Killer was and how he was caught on today's episode of Myths, Mysteries, & Monsters!
