  • E35 Meditation: Whispers of Wisdom: Poetic Reflections

    In the quietude of dawn's embrace,

    Where shadows fade and dreams take place,

    Whispers of wisdom softly glide,

    Through the depths where secrets hide.


    In every leaf, in every stream,

    In every star's enchanting gleam,

    There lies a tale, a truth untold,

    In whispers of wisdom, we behold.


    Reflecting on the journey past,

    Each moment cherished, meant to last,

    The lessons learned, the bridges crossed,

    In whispers of wisdom, not yet lost.


    With every breath, with every sigh,

    In the stillness of the midnight sky,

    The universe speaks, in gentle tones,

    Guiding us to where our soul's at home.


    So let us listen, let us hear,

    The echoes of truth drawing near,

    For in the silence, we find our way,

    In whispers of wisdom, day by day.


    Meditation "Guided Meditation for Wisdom and Clarity"


    Before we begin, find a quiet and comfortable space where you can lie down on your back. This meditation is best practiced in Savasana, also known as Corpse Pose in yoga. To get into Savasana, start by lying flat on your back with your legs extended and slightly apart, and your arms resting by your sides with your palms facing up. Allow your feet to naturally fall outwards. Adjust your body until you feel completely comfortable, using any props like a bolster or blanket under your knees or head if needed.


    Once you're settled into Savasana, close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Allow each breath to deepen your sense of relaxation, letting go of any tension or tightness in your body.


    Now, bring your awareness to your physical body. Feel the weight of your body sinking into the floor beneath you, allowing yourself to fully surrender to gravity. Notice any sensations in your body, whether it's the feeling of the floor supporting you or the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each breath.


    As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine a warm and radiant light glowing at the center of your being. This light represents your inner wisdom, your innate knowing that guides you through life's journey. With each breath, feel this light expanding and filling every cell of your body, infusing you with a sense of peace and clarity.


    Visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet, extending deep into the earth below you. Feel these roots grounding you to the earth, anchoring you in the present moment. Allow yourself to connect with the wisdom of the earth, drawing strength and stability from its nurturing energy.


    Now, bring your awareness to your mind. Notice any thoughts or emotions that may arise, but instead of attaching to them, simply observe them with a sense of detachment. Imagine these thoughts and emotions floating away like clouds in the sky, leaving behind a clear and calm space within you.


    With each inhale, invite in clarity and insight. With each exhale, release any doubts or uncertainties. Allow yourself to bask in the stillness and serenity of this moment, knowing that you are grounded in your body, mind, and soul.


    Take a few more deep breaths, allowing yourself to fully integrate the wisdom and clarity you've cultivated during this meditation. When you're ready, gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes, bringing movement back into your body. Slowly open your eyes and take a moment to appreciate the sense of peace and clarity you've discovered within yourself. Carry this feeling with you as you move through the rest of your day, knowing that you can always return to this place of inner wisdom and groundedness whenever you need.
