Motivation can be hindered by various factors such as unclear goals, fear of failing, and negativity from oneself or from others. Other significant obstacles include feeling overwhelmed, experiencing burnout, striving for perfection, and developing poor habits like procrastination or being easily distracted. Additionally, a lack of physical energy, or low self-esteem, or a lack of control can greatly diminish our motivation.
