About this listen

Where We Gather is a faith-centered podcast for women who want to draw closer to Jesus Christ through personal study and gathering with others.

Each episode creates space to slow down, listen, and gather our hearts to the Savior. Through thoughtful discussions, personal stories, and reflections on scripture and the words of living prophets, Where We Gather explores how Christ teaches, heals, and invites us into deeper trust and discipleship.

Host Audra Elkington, a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, brings a grounded and compassionate perspective shaped by her own journey of stepping away from the Church and returning with intention. By rebuilding her testimony from the foundation up and focusing on her personal relationship with Jesus Christ, Audra learned that the Savior Himself is the center of gathering.

This podcast is for anyone who:

  • Wants to feel more connected to Christ
  • Desires a more meaningful approach to scripture study
  • Longs for honest, faithful conversations that nourish the soul
  • Feels called to gather, invite, and share in quiet, authentic ways

Where We Gather is rooted in the belief that the gospel of Jesus Christ is for everyone who is willing to turn toward Him. And that gathering Israel often begins in small, faithful moments of connection.

Audra has been featured on LDS Living's 'This is the Gospel,' Time Out for Women, and has taught at FSY, Online Institute, and SALT Gathering. She is a graduate of Brigham Young University.

  • The Power of Asking Simple, Honest Questions
    Dec 9 2025

    Are you overthinking your prayers?

Second-guessing what to ask, how to ask it, or whether it even “counts” as a real question?

In this episode, we explore the power of asking simple, sincere, childlike questions and how those questions open the door to personal revelation.

Using the story of the blind man in Luke 18, we talk about what it means to seek answers from Jesus Christ with humility, hope, and a willingness to stay long enough to receive His reply.

You’ll hear why spiritually sensitive friends matter, how to avoid overcomplicating your conversations with God, and how the Savior responds to even the most basic desires of our hearts.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, unsure what to pray about, or overwhelmed by your own thoughts, this episode will help you reconnect with Christ’s pattern for receiving answers. One simple, honest question at a time.
