Biography:
Nick Goodall is Head of Research for CoreLogic New Zealand, a role that means he’s continually investigating new and different ways of looking at the market, to best assist clients and consumers in their decision making.
Nick is a self-confessed numbers geek but has a knack for passionately telling a story based on the facts and figures to inform a wide range of audiences. Drawing on macro-economic data as well as CoreLogic’s unique datasets, he regularly presents to government organisations such as the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, as well as banks, real estate agencies and consumer groups.
