 Mea Culpa welcomes Victor Shi, the youngest elected Delegate for Joe Biden in 2020, he is a former White House Intern and the co-host of the iGen Politics Podcast with the distinguished Jill Wine-Banks. Shi is also a writer, speaker, organizer, activist, and a junior at UCLA, where he is majoring in American Literature and Culture.
