 Day 35 of the federal government shutdown. It's now tied with the longest shutdown ever along with the closing in 2019 during the President's first term. We've heard a lot about the court cases that involve keeping up funding for SNAP programs across the country. What does the shutdown actually mean for the people who depend on SNAP to feed their families? On Ask The Expert, we're joined by Dr. Andrew McNeely. He's an assistant professor of economics at U-T Dallas.
