Shilajit is naturally occuring mineral substance found in the Himalaya and Hindukush ranges. It is rare resin which is made of thousands of years of decomposition of plants and plant materials. Trapped plant material then comes out of the rocks in the form of brownish to black sticky gum-like substance.
