Now-a-day, there is frequent discussion about Neuro-Linguistic Programming (i.e. NLP) across the world.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is all about cognition, communication and change.

It also focuses on self-awareness, attitude, personality development and psychology.

Officially.

It indicates the relationship between brain, body and language.

In my view NLP Is living organic thing which is always evolving and breathing

NLP being science which is non conclusive and all inclusive

It was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in 1970s aimed at human excellence. It is widely used by several professionals for helping their customers and clients.

NLP , or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is the study of human excellence and communication. It provides us with the tools to run our own brain and manage our states, emotions and behaviours.

Co Founder Richard Bandler and John La Valle explain Neuro-Linguistic Programming as :

Neuro: The Nervous System through which experience is received and processed through the five senses.

Linguistic: Language and nonverbal communication systems through which neural representations are coded, ordered and give meaning.

Programming: The ability to organise or communication and neurological systems to achieve specific desired results.
