 Most schools stayed closed for a second day today, and some are already planning to open back up to students even if the ice isn't gone from the side roads and surface streets yet. That's not the case in several school districts in north Texas. They plan to stay closed tomorrow as well. One of those is the Pilot Point ISD. We're joined by Dr. Shannon Fuller, she's the superintendent of the Pilot Point ISD.
