About this listen
Host Austin Trask grew up with a love of music at a young age. He’d listen to his parent’s old jazz, musicals and Rat Pack albums, ’70s Am Gold on the car radio, John Denver and The Partridge Family from a sister’s room, Rush and Styx from a brother’s. As a kid, his love of Casey Kasem’s Top 40 countdown on Sunday nights with hours of a ’50s & ’60s Golden Oldies show right after, then the emergence of Disco that morphed into the incredible ’80s, shaped his love of music, which started early and continues to this day.KX FM
