Guests are either in their 40s already, or will soon turn 40.

The series will feature adventurers, athletes, entrepreneurs and people making waves across the media industry. Episodes will explore the existential meaning of turning 40 and whether it’s cause for concern or simply adds fire to some already highly motivated people.

    Justine's impressive and varied career includes being eleceted to become the Junior Vice President of the British Veterinary Association, in 2020.

    Outside of work, Justine is an avid traveller, having visited 50+ countries. She’ s also a keen sportswoman, enjoying kitesurfing, running and now Olympic Weightlifting!

    Dr Mia Eisenstadt is a psychologist, researcher, coach and award-winning entrepreneur, having recently founded the Fatherli app. Mia is on a mission to help others overcome difficult situations to get the most out of life.

    Mia has a phd in child and adolescent mental health and has trained in coaching, reflective parenting and dialogue methods. She studied at the evidence based practice unit, a partnership between the Anna Freud centre and UCL Brain Sciences in London.

    Mia is passionate about fathers' mental health and wellbeing and the role that fathers can play in supporting the wellbeing of their children and families.

    We talk about all of this and so much more, including future tech and the opportunities and challenges faced by ai, we also talk song-writing, sourdough and the importance of being over doing.
