About this listen

In this episode, we'll be discussing the lessons that I learned about myself over the past few months. These lessons cover a wide range of topics, from what motivates me to how I respond to internal and external expectations to how I can lose focus on the spiritual nature and drift into survival mode.

First, we'll be discussing the lesson I learned about motivation, which was drawn from the book "Drive" by Daniel Pink.

Next, we'll be exploring my tendency to respond to internal and external expectations, as outlined in Gretchen Rubin's book "The Four Tendencies."

We'll also be delving into the war between the spiritual and animal nature, as exemplified in the story of Jacob and Esau in the book of Genesis. We'll discuss how easy it is to get caught up in survival mode and lose focus on the spiritual nature, and how we can stay grounded in faith.

Finally, we'll be talking about my personal experience of commanding a pain to leave my body without forcefulness, just faith. We'll discuss the concept of spiritual authority and how we can tap into it to achieve great things.
