About this listen

These three gentlemen take mental well-being seriously, but they are not serious. They’d rather swear and make irreverent jokes. Now that you know, the healing can commence.© 2025 We're Probably Not Ok! Hygiene & Healthy Living Psychology Psychology & Mental Health

In this episode of We’re Probably Not OK!, the crew gets real about anxiety—the first time we ever felt it, how it shows up in our lives, and what it actually feels like in the moment. From racing thoughts to the sense that your brain is trying to sprint a marathon without telling your body, we unpack the messy, personal side of anxiety with our usual mix of honesty and humor.

We also talk about how we deal with it (or at least try to), from coping strategies that help us push through to the media we turn to when we just need to breathe and escape for a while. Whether it’s a show, a game, or music that calms the storm, we share the things that help bring us back down to earth.

It’s a conversation that’s sometimes heavy, sometimes hilarious, and always a little too honest—because that’s what we do here at We’re Probably Not OK!

Episode 71 of We’re Probably Not Ok! – Connecting with Nature, Spirituality, and Nerdy Tangents

In this week’s episode, David, Brandon, and Ryan dive into the big question: how do we connect with nature, and is it spiritual? From hiking trails to stargazing, we explore the ways nature impacts our mental health, mindfulness, and sense of connection.

Of course, it wouldn’t be We’re Probably Not Ok! without going off the rails a little — we also talk about No Man’s Sky, Blue Prince, Peacemaker, Freaky Tales, and plenty of other nerdy things that somehow (kind of?) tie back to mental health.

As always, we’re just three longtime friends trying to destigmatize mental health through humor, storytelling, and chaotic BS.

Welcome back to We’re Probably Not Ok! — the mental health podcast where humor meets honesty and things always get a little weird. In this milestone episode, David, Ryan, and Brandon take a deep dive into the steamy and sometimes awkward world of sex — covering everything from body image struggles to personal insecurities, and of course, sharing way too much.

Expect plenty of laugh-out-loud moments, a few real talk breakthroughs, and stories you’ll wish you could un-hear. Brandon nearly dies (emotionally), David can’t pronounce Gilbert Gottfried to save his life, and somehow Superman gets involved. It’s a chaotic, vulnerable, and hilarious ride.

👉 Whether you're here for the laughs, the insight, or the sheer curiosity of what "Kill Brandon" means — you're in the right place.
