One of us starts a new job that’s oddly energizing, the other tracks Oura stats like it’s a sport. We talk couch naps, partner wake-ups, and how “better numbers” don’t always mean a better day. And then there’s family life: late-night teen hangouts, curfews enforced between yawns, and the art of being present without being overbearing.
