During these episodes, we remember how fun and enjoyable it can be to move our bodies with awareness. We explore different actions such as sitting, walking, going up and down the stairs, rolling in bed, and other functions that over time create pain and discomfort. We re-learn how to move with ease and grace no matter our age. The episodes range from 10 to 50 minutes and are based on the Feldenkrais® Method of Somatic Education, Martial Arts, Meditation, and Mindfulness.
