In his 12 years with the organization, Artez has intentionally cared for and listened to youth, using his passions to serve those around him.

Yet Artez has a passion and a gifting for mentoring that goes beyond his 9-5. In this conversation, he introduces his own venture, IAM Solutions, where he comes alongside married couples, youth ,and families to help them discover what their specific gifts are so they can live more fully into who God created them to be.
