In this week’s Reddit Realness minisode, Steph & Tia react to a deeply personal relationship dilemma.

A 23-year-old woman is questioning whether she should end her five-year relationship after years of sexual struggles, porn addiction history, and feeling unwanted.

Her boyfriend says his issues have nothing to do with her — but after repeated moments of him struggling to stay hard and even asking to use porn during intimacy, her self-esteem has completely crumbled.

She’s dealt with body image issues, plastic surgery, and an eating disorder in the past — and now she feels like this relationship is undoing years of healing.

Is she selfish for wanting to leave?
