 On this episode, we welcome Monica Crawford of Five-0 Fierce and Fit, author of Stand Tall & Take No Sht*. Monica challenges us to rethink what we consider “normal.” So often, we move through stress, exhaustion, and emotional strain assuming it’s just part of life — but she encourages us to slow down, listen to our bodies, and pay attention to what they’re telling us. Looking ahead, Monica is stepping more fully into a consulting role, focusing on supporting women-owned businesses with employee mental health. She highlights a major gap in many workplaces: while employers offer standard benefit packages, they often fail to invest in the deeper well-being of their teams. Monica’s mission is to expand that conversation and provide tools that truly support mental health in the workplace. 🎵 Music Feature: Josh Hudson Seventeen years into his career as a counselor, Josh Hudson sees himself less as a career advisor and more as a life coach.
