 So glad I got to talk with a charity about mental health. If taking care of your mental health is too expensive, charities can provide you with some free help and support. This is the case of SANE, which is for people with recurring, persistent or complex mental health issues and trauma, and for their families, friends and communities. I'm talking with the Manager of Lived Experience and Inclusion Anu Dhingra about his own experience but also how SANE is giving back to the community.
