About this listen

This week we are joined by Silas from Headspace Gosford. In conjunction with the nutrition and dietetics research team at the University of Newcastle, he has worked on a book and website called ‘No Money, No Time: Mood Foods,' full of good healthy recipes. In this episode he talks to CJ about the connection between eating well and mental health. The discussion also covers other aspects of positive mental health and the work Headspace does. Erleen also shares some advice on losing friends in her first 'How To....' segment

Here are some links for the book and 'Headspace,' they provide mental health support for young people. Get in touch if you want to talk to someone or talk about mental health!
