About Phoebe: Phoebe Bloomfield is an HR professional with over 12 years of experience within Financial Services. She was most recently Senior Talent & Culture Manager for QBE Insurance, running all the talent management activities across the UK and Europe, and has held positions across People Operations, Business Partnering and Talent for Aviva plc. Phoebe graduated from Glasgow University in 2010 with a 2.1 Master of Arts degree in Politics. She has a Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of London, achieved in 2016, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development with the Level 7 qualification. Phoebe is passionate about inclusion in the workplace and was a founding member of LINK, the first LGBTQ+ network across the Insurance Industry in the UK, has led LGBTQ+ employee network groups for her organisations, and most recently is a committee member for ProudHR - an LGBTQ+ network for HR professionals. Phoebe has won a number of personal awards and awards for the organisations she has worked for, including the Financial Times OUTstanding LGBT Leaders of the Future award; and the Financial Advisors Diversity in Finance Award. In her spare time Phoebe has interests in a number of different sports and enjoys watching her beloved Arsenal football club. She also has a keen interest in the Arts with the Guggenheim NY, The Tate Modern, and the Fundació Joan Miró among her favourite galleries.
