  • How I get high daily without drugs
    Mar 9 2026

What if the high most people chase isn’t something you take — but something you unlock within yourself?

  • Is it intuition or someone else’s voice?
    Mar 2 2026

Intuition is the whisper beneath the noise. I’ve spent years confusing it with other people’s advice or my own mind’s chatter. In this episode, I explore how to tune in and trust that inner voice even when life feels overwhelming.

I share practical ways to remove distractions and allow feelings to surface without creating new stories around them. I also discuss the power of positive affirmations through music and sleep and how these practices quietly anchor clarity in daily life.

Clarity is just the beginning. Staying intentional with your time, your attention, and who you spend it with amplifies your alignment. In a world of endless advice and options, your own voice is the guide that leads to fulfillment.

Artists I’ve personally found helpful for affirmation-based music:

    • Beautiful Chorus
    • Alexus
    • The Manifest Music Room

  • Failure is only Feedback for the Resilient
    Feb 23 2026
Like race horses, the successful put their blinders on and tune out the noise of doubters and disbelievers. Failure becomes feedback because there’s always more knowledge to gain and wisdom to receive. Obstacles become a sign of growth, quality life = quality problems. But our response determines whether we succumb or remember the pattern that life has always given us riddles and we got through them all to get to where we are now. Distractions are a given when you’re moving towards a better version of yourself in the view of those who aren’t courageous enough to do their own inner work. So you’re triggering. Congratulations! You’re on the right track. You remember that change is the number one constant and you allow flow and reflection. If you’re not receiving the support outwardly, maybe you just haven’t found your targeted audience yet (your people). And so stepping out of your comfort zone is how you meet in the middle, because in your uncomfortable-comfort zone only you can find you and those who aren’t yet familiar with who you’re becoming. But the ones who will be, are on the other side of that bubble as soon as you push past that layer of familiarity.
