وكانت كلمات الخطاب للامبراطور الإثيوبي هيلا سيلاسي تقول :
من هذه اللحظه الى ان يتوقف وجود مواطن درجه اولى وثانيه , ووجود فئه من الناس ذات البشره الفاتحه والداكنه وان لا يكون لون بشرتك اهم من لون عيونك , الى ان يصبح اهمية لون البشره نفس لون العيون, ستظل الحرب موجوده وسيكون حلم السلام الشامل والمواطنه العالميه . هذه الاحلام لن تتحقق الى ان نتوقف عن الطبقيه والعنصريه .
