    Suzana Grazielli Cortiano Stubert, a USask PhD student based in the WCVM Department of Large Animal Clinical Sciences, joins us in the pilot episode of WCVM Next Gen Scientists.

    Working in Dr. Matheus Costa's lab, Suzana's research focuses on swine health and infectious diseases, with a particular interest in swine dysentery caused by Brachyspira species. She is interested in understanding host-pathogen interactions and developing better tools for disease diagnosis and control.
