今回、3週にわたってお送りしている特集のテーマは・・・
＜演出論 〜人の心を動かすコンテンツ力〜＞
テレビドラマ演出家・プロデューサー、
そして、映画監督としてご活躍の塚原あゆ子さんをお迎えして、
今、求められるコンテンツのあり方を探っていきます。
塚原さんは、千葉大学文学部卒業後、
木下プロダクション（現TBSスパークル）に入社。
テレビドラマの助監督を経て、
2005 年、テレビドラマ「夢で逢いましょう」で演出家デビューを果たされました。
以降、「中学聖日記」「アンナチュラル」「グランメゾン東京」
「MIU404」「最愛」「下剋上球児」「海に眠るダイヤモンド」など、
数多くの話題作の演出を手がけてこられました。
映画監督としては、2018年に『コーヒーが冷めないうちに』でデビュー。
そして、2024年には、映画『ラストマイル』の監督を務められました。
第2回目。
コンテンツづくりの成功の鍵となる、
「座組」と呼ばれる“スタッフ編成”についてのお話や、
塚原さんが演出において大切にしていることについてお話を伺いました。
