About this listen

In Season One, I shared stories of people in different parts of the world who are suffering from Long Covid. In Season Two, I will be addressing topics with my guests in the hopes that it will help with managing life with this condition. I’ll be focusing on strategies, support, and current events. My hope is to spread the word about Long Covid, to educate, and to help Long Covid sufferers to not feel so alone.

There are an estimated 400 million Long Covid sufferers worldwide. It can affect individuals of all ages, from children to the elderly and everyone in between, including those who had mild or moderate initial Covid 19 symptoms.
