About this listen

Brian Hauch, Matt Kolen, and Jack Albanese come to you every Thursday and Monday to give their takes from the best part of the stadium.

On Mondays, the guys give out their "Michael of the Week" from the sports world. "The Michael", named after the 2024 rap album of the year by Killer Mike, is an award given to the story/player in sports that surprised us the most from the previous week. During the football season we recap every single NFL game from Sunday, while the spring and summer feature hot topics from around the world on sports.

Thursday's show always starts off with our Winners & Losers of the previous sports week. The guys spend the rest of the show running through the biggest stories across the sports world and occasionally interviewing special guests!

You can find every episode of this show on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
