 In life there are conditions and circumstances that are outside of our control and so it is important to know what we do have control over. Events, incidents, accidents, illness and losses are sure to come our way no matter what we do to prevent them or avoid them. Being in a position of awareness with acceptance makes it possible for us to choose resourcefully versus reacting emotionally. We have the ability to move out of the victim position by taking action and responsibility for our self.
