Ich teile meine persönliche Reise mit dem Begriff, erzähle, warum ich ihn lange gemieden habe und was er heute für mich bedeutet. Wir tauchen ein in Ursprung, Geschichte und Bedeutung und in das, was man zwischen Insta-Hashtag und Jutebeutel manchmal vergisst: Dass es dabei nicht um Glanz geht, sondern um Würde. Und dass Empowerment dort beginnt, wo eine Frau sich traut, sich überhaupt zu zeigen. Diese Folge ist ein Ruf an alle, die sich vielleicht klein fühlen aber längst groß sind. Denn Female Empowerment ist kein Titel. Es ist ein Raum.
