With a background as a nuclear reactor operator in the U.S. Navy and over 20 years in semiconductor manufacturing, Clay blends deep scientific understanding with practical, habit-based tools. For more than 15 years, he has trained adults to consciously access—and disengage from—flow states so they can increase productivity, energy, and impact without burning out.
