About this listen

I’d love to see you through your greatest breakthroughs.

The leading edge is beyond the comfort zone, where the growth, magic and transformation happens.

I support people to step into the vision of their full potential.

I show up for you so you show up for yourself.

I weave an eclectic blend of healing modalities into my work as a somatic counsellor, art therapist & executive leadership coach.

I am the founder of Alive On Purpose transformational coaching & healing program for men

And the author of the book for men

Alive On Purpose: Unclench From Fear & Step Into Your Power, Backbone, Heart & Balls.

What brings me alive is growth, human potential, beauty and awakening genius.

I love wrestling with my sons, training in martial arts, dancing in my kitchen, singing and appreciating nature.

Relational Somatic Counselling includes a powerful trauma resolution toolkit with a focus on presence and embodiment.

I practice dreamwork, art therapy, mythic imagination and an array of arts-based approaches to serve the unlocking of power, purpose & possibility.

I deliver Resource and Birth Psychology Education programs for New Dads. I have trained as a facilitator with The Mankind Project and facilitate various therapeutic groups for men, privately.

I offer couples coaching packages with a focus on attachment, sexual polarity & love alchemy.

I am co-founder of the non-profit Sacred Pathways Foundation with a mission of delivering harm prevention mental health services to men & boys using arts, nature & rites of passage.

I live with my beautiful wife, our two sons and my two bonus daughters in the beautiful West Kootenay Region of British Columbia, Canada. I was raised with four sisters on a farm in and a large extended family in Beamsville, Ontario. I have called these mountains home for 20 years and feel deeply connected with the mossy forests and pristine waters of the Columbia Basin.

I see myself as a guest on the un-ceded homeland, xaʔxáʔ tumxʷulaʔxʷ of the Sinixt Nation, Ktunaxa and Syilx peoples.

I stand in solidarity & acknowledge the presence of the Indigenous Nations in these lands past, present and emergent through Indigenous cultural revival, resistance & resurgence.
