About this listen

This is The Podcast Without A Name.

Not because it couldn’t have one — but because the work doesn’t need it.

My name is Lisa, and this is a podcast about discipline, routines, training, random thoughts - and controversial topics in between.

It blends episodes about life, running, strength training and gym work, yoga, recovery, rest and sleep, also consistency with real-life reflections that don’t always have a clear category. This podcast isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about learning how discipline can support you instead of controlling you, and how showing up consistently without making excuses — in a realistic way — can change more than motivation ever will.

I talk about random thoughts, everyday moments, and the things that don't always fit into one specific box - because life doesn't either.

Some episodes are structured.

Some maybe get messy.

Some of them are controversial.

All of them are honest and authentic.

When you support this podcast or channel, you’re not just supporting a show - you’re supporting everyone who listens and finds something meaningful here. Any support you offer helps these conversations keep going and reach others who might need them too.

If it ever feels right, following or rating the podcast is one small way to support that. And if not, simply listening and being here already means a lot.

Thank you so much for your time.

  • The athlete’s mind: Why “What’s next?” never stops.
    Apr 10 2026

In this episode, I’m talking about something that doesn’t get talked about enough.

Why is it that you can achieve something hard, something meaningful…

    and still not feel proud?

Or you feel proud - but only for a moment… and then it’s gone.

I share my own experience with this—especially through running, training, and racing—and how I started to understand that this feeling is not random.

    It’s psychological.

    It’s biological.

And for people who think and live like athletes, it’s part of the process.

    This episode is about:

    • Why achievements can feel empty
    • The “treadmill of expectations”
    • Why driven people are never fully satisfied
    • The difference between chasing goals and actually feeling progress
    • And how to shift your perspective without losing your ambition

If you’re someone who keeps pushing, keeps showing up, and still feels like it’s never enough…this one is for you.

  • I wish I started running earlier.
    Apr 6 2026

This episode is about what running has taught me about life, discipline, and myself.

Not just physically - but mentally and emotionally.

It’s about learning to stay when things get hard, building self-trust, and approaching life like an athlete: aiming for growth.
