People are afraid of failing, but it teaches you so much. If you attempt something, and complete it without failure, than you don’t gain anything from that, you are demonstrating what you were already capable of.

Whether it be a ceiling of skill or one of belief, something is holding you back. Find that ceiling and attack it. Challenge what you are "supposed" to be able to do.

If you do what everyone does, you’ll end up like everybody else. If you wake up when they do, work as long as they work, you will end up in a sea of mediocrity. If you do what most people don’t even dare to attempt, if you keep running when everyone else has already sat down, if you keep climbing when everyone else turned back, you will escape the sea and end up in places that others can only dream of reaching one day.

Always say less than necessary. Master cthe ability to speak less, but confidentially, and you will rule the world.
