  • 🎙️ The 24-Hour Rule: How Kyle Pearson Built Momentum Fast in Real Estate
    Feb 2 2026

In this episode, I sit down with Kyle Pearson, one of the newer agents in the business, for an honest and insightful conversation about what it’s really like starting out in real estate, and what separates agents who grow fast from those who don’t.

Kyle shares his experience working under my leadership as his manager, what his journey as a realtor has been like so far, and the early habits that helped propel his success to the top.

One of the standout moments of this podcast is Kyle’s 24-Hour Rule: 👉 If you don’t call a customer back within 24 hours… you’re fired.

We break down why responsiveness, discipline, and follow-up are non-negotiables in this business, and how those simple standards can completely change an agent’s career.

We also dive deep into the importance of social media, how Kyle leveraged it early on, and why agents who ignore it are falling behind.

📌 If you want to grow in real estate, build trust with clients, and create winning habits early, this episode is a must-watch.

  • Episode 11 - Door Knocking Works!
    Jul 25 2025

One of my favorite parts of this sale was when I told Kat, “You’re coming with me — we’re going to door knock the neighborhood!” Why? Because Kat is basically the unofficial mayor of St. Clair — she knows everyone! So together, we walked the entire neighborhood, handed out flyers, and personally invited all the neighbors to the open house with the message: “Come pick your new neighbor!” It was hot out, but we had a blast. We went back to the basics: real conversations, real hustle — and real community. You can feel the sense of community in this neighborhood — the way people know each other, look out for each other, and truly care. That’s something special — and rare. The result? Not only did Kat’s home sell for an amazing price, but I also picked up two leads from that afternoon — and one of them turned into another sale.📈 Sometimes real estate success isn’t about fancy ads — it’s about putting in the work, building relationships, and doing it the old-school way. That’s what I love — and that’s what works.
