A candid, lengthy chat as we unlayer what it was like for us growing up next door from each other within the same religious community.
We look at both the good & bad aspects of our experience.
We're all affected by various forms of indoctrination, societal, religious etc some of us scored the more extreme version. Throughout our chat I realised even more of my own conditioning.
Our intention is that you too might be able to notice the layers you're carrying, both helpful & unhelpful.
Kaz Amos provides evidence based mental health treatments with over 25yrs of experience. Her broad knowledge base is built from studying social science, business management, leadership, fitness, Clinical Neuropsychotherapy, EMDR and Psychology.
