Dans ce premier épisode, Pierre 50 ans et Laurent 70 ans, se rencontrent à Fleury-Mérogis. Laurent voit en Pierre le père qu'il n'a jamais eu. Pierre, lui, voit en Laurent l'ami qu'il n'a pas en prison. Pierre souffre de l’isolement et d’un manque de soins qui vont jusqu’à le rendre handicapé. Il n’arrive plus à se tenir debout et à bouger les mains. Mais son amitié avec Laurent l’aide à tenir.
