Dona Anastacia me ofereceu uma dose de vodka caseira ucraniana. Junto devemos comer um pedaço de pão e tomate para aliviar a acidez no estômago. O pão também é feito em casa e o tomate cresce no quintal. Não quis ser rude e aceitei, mas não sem titubear. Ela preparou a mesa. Sobre a toalha de bordado ucraniano colocou 4 copos e partiu o alimento em fatias. Antes de virar a dose, brindamos eu, ela, o marido Nicolai e Peter, meu tradutor. Dona Anastacia anunciou divertida: “Nossa nação não conhece a radiação. Saúde!”. E empurrou o tomate na MINHA boca.
